Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

At 67Behaviour, we process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. As a result, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info.67behaviour@gmail.com with your order details.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, please note that we do not accept returns and the order will be delivered as placed.

If delivery fails due to refusal or unavailability, standard return to origin deductions will apply as outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Cancellation by 67Behaviour

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

The item is out of stock or no longer available after your order is placed.

Payment verification fails or suspected fraudulent activity is detected.

Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information that cannot be corrected is provided.

Any other circumstances at our sole discretion.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
