1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 67Behaviour website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or make a purchase.

Individuals under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

If we determine that a minor is using the platform unsupervised, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the account without notice.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up to date information.

You must keep your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

If any information you provide is found to be false, outdated, or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the 67Behaviour platform including text, graphics, images, logos, product designs, interface elements, and software is the exclusive property of 67Behaviour or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content. You may not reverse engineer any software or technology. You may not use content for commercial purposes. You may not create derivative works from our content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to breach or compromise platform security, upload disruptive or malicious content, provide false or fraudulent information, use bots or scrapers or automated tools to access the platform without written permission, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or reproduce or exploit platform content without consent.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Communications

By registering or purchasing, you consent to receive communications via email or SMS relating to order confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates, account activity notifications, and promotional and marketing content from 67Behaviour or authorised partners.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Non promotional communications such as order updates and account notices may continue regardless.

7. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order only. Final acceptance of your order occurs upon successful delivery. 67Behaviour reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at any time prior to delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67Behaviour is not liable for any representations beyond those expressly stated on the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed INR 500. You acknowledge that purchases are made at your own discretion and risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 67Behaviour, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the Services, breach of this Agreement, infringement of any third party rights, or acts or omissions of third party logistics or service partners.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective as long as you use the Services. 67Behaviour may suspend or terminate your access for breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or inability to verify your identity.

You may terminate by ceasing all use of the platform. Obligations incurred prior to termination including payments remain valid.
