Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
At 67Behaviour, all sales are final. Due to the limited, curated, and exclusive nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing an order. For any prepurchase queries regarding sizing, material, or colour, please contact us at info.67behaviour@gmail.com before completing your purchase.
Size Exchanges (Limited Exception)
In the event of a genuine sizing issue, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Exchanges are only available for full price items as noted in the Non Eligible Items section below.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached and intact.
Store Credit Terms
Where store credit is issued:
1 store credit equals INR 1.
Store credit is not transferable, not refundable, and redeemable only against future purchases on 67Behaviour.
Non Eligible Items
The following items are strictly not returnable, not exchangeable, and not refundable under any circumstances:
Discounted or markdown products.
Shoe care products.
Socks, insoles, laces, face masks, and innerwear for hygiene reasons.
Magazines and printed material.
Limited edition, exclusive, or collaboration releases.
Accessories.
Refunds: Exceptional Cases Only
Refunds are issued only in cases of fulfilment errors, including:
Wrong item shipped: must be reported with photographic or video evidence within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged item received: an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory.
Missing items in the order: a complete package opening video is required as proof.
All such claims must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and are subject to review. No exceptions will be made beyond this window.
No refunds will be issued on discounted products under any circumstances.
