Shipping policy
1. Shipping Partner
All orders are dispatched from locations across India through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery.
2. Domestic Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment on Delhivery's platform.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
We recommend allowing up to 7 working days for delivery in remote or high demand periods.
Each shipment will be attempted up to 3 times before being returned to us.
5. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including landmarks, contact number, and any special delivery instructions.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you to obtain corrected details. If we are unable to reach you after 2 attempts post dispatch, the shipment will be marked undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. Upon return, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed after deducting INR 100 per unit as shipping charges.
